OK - let's be honest. If you're here looking for a review of the hotel, you
should have a good idea what to expect! don't be surprised that the food isn't 5 star or that there are lots of families.
This place is fantastic for people with kids. So if you're single or on your honeymoon, you may not like having kids run around. Go somewhere else.
This resort is well kept and beautiful. The rooms are little cottages of two rooms, and the walls are thin. But we didn't spend a lot of time in the room during the day and for the most part we weren't bothered by our neighbours. the food was OK, we always found something to eat. we didn't have any experiences with the staff being rude. In fact, many went out of their way to be good to our son. I also found that if you greeted them nicely or even acknowledged them, they were delightful. It is the islands, so they don't move as quickly as we'd like, but you're on vacation so relax! Also, the activities don't always happen when they say they will (or at all....) Just let management know if you have any concerns and they are generally on it ASAP. For example, the beach bar is supposed to be open until 10pm for food. We went at 3:30 and they told us that the kitchen was closed. we advised guest services and the kitchen miraculously opened (wink wink).
Overall, this is a great family place if you're happy to chill and relax on the resort.
